Faith Net USA - a network of ministries, ministers and churches
Faith Net USA Core Values and Strategic Direction

Accountability - Committing to ongoing spiritual, moral, and relational development through personal accountability to each other and to the local church; providing such a structure for churches, ministers and ministries which provides an atmosphere of protection, but not control, where we can maintain our identities and fulfill our callings with the security of checks and balances.

Local church sovereignty - Recognizing the ministry and mandate of headship rests within the autonomous local church and is sometimes aligned in voluntary association with cooperating networks; connecting and networking like-minded leaders; fostering interdependence to enlarge each ones sphere of influence.

Integrity - Living out the truth of the Word of God humbly and consistently in moral, financial, ministerial, and relational matters by raising the "bar" for standards of faith, obedience and sacrifice until the man, the message, and the ministry are fully whole.

Pursuit of the Presence of God - Deepening relationship with Christ and seeking the power of His Presence in Holy Spirit demonstration; bringing reconciliation, renewal, and revival to the Body of Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit that result in the transformation of cities, states and nations.

Unity - Building mutually beneficial, lasting, and interdependent relationships among church leaders to release the synergy of oneness: "five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight." (Lev. 26:8).

Compassion - Extending mercy in the physical and spiritual needs of believers and unbelievers alike, especially the poor, widows and orphans.

Diversity - Facilitating cross pollination of races, ethnicities, and cultures; sharing of
gift mix, worship experience, and fruitful practices; supporting the ministry of women.

Covenanting - Partnering to uphold shared values, purpose and mission; supporting and protecting each member of the network through relationships based on and built by trust; cultivating the hearts of champions and the concept of a family at war, taking up a common battle for liberty for all (2 Cor.3:17).

Equipping - Releasing reproducible models of ministry for the public arena; spiritually imparting to and releasing the emerging generation of leaders; recognizing, restoring and releasing ministry gifts in all spheres of society ("marketplace); providing guidance to ministries and start-up churches; resourcing ministers and ministries with information, materials, and impartation current to the move of the Spirit.

Servanthood - Following Christ's example of servant-leadership and a continual development of servant-based practices of leadership.

Evangelism - Cooperating in mission (where practical) and leading the way in church assimilation and effective evangelism of the unreached and unevangelized. "Taking the land" by proactive assault on the powers of darkness.
