Accountability - Committing to ongoing spiritual, moral, and relational
development through personal accountability to each other and to the local
church; providing such a structure for churches, ministers and ministries
which provides an atmosphere of protection, but not control, where we
can maintain our identities and fulfill our callings with the security
of checks and balances.
Local church sovereignty - Recognizing the ministry and mandate of headship
rests within the autonomous local church and is sometimes aligned in voluntary
association with cooperating networks; connecting and networking like-minded
leaders; fostering interdependence to enlarge each ones sphere of influence.
Integrity - Living out the truth of the Word of God humbly and consistently
in moral, financial, ministerial, and relational matters by raising the "bar" for
standards of faith, obedience and sacrifice until the man, the message,
and the ministry are fully whole.
Pursuit of the Presence of God - Deepening relationship with Christ and
seeking the power of His Presence in Holy Spirit demonstration; bringing
reconciliation, renewal, and revival to the Body of Christ through the
power of the Holy Spirit that result in the transformation of cities,
states and nations.
Unity - Building mutually beneficial, lasting, and interdependent relationships
among church leaders to release the synergy of oneness: "five of
you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand
to flight." (Lev. 26:8).
Compassion - Extending mercy in the physical and spiritual needs of believers
and unbelievers alike, especially the poor, widows and orphans.
Diversity - Facilitating cross pollination of races, ethnicities, and
cultures; sharing of
gift mix, worship experience, and fruitful practices; supporting
the ministry of women.
Covenanting - Partnering to uphold shared values, purpose and mission;
supporting and protecting each member of the network through relationships
based on and built by trust; cultivating the hearts of champions and the
concept of a family at war, taking up a common battle for liberty for
all (2 Cor.3:17).
Equipping - Releasing reproducible models of ministry for the public
arena; spiritually imparting to and releasing the emerging generation
of leaders; recognizing, restoring and releasing ministry gifts in all
spheres of society ("marketplace); providing guidance to ministries
and start-up churches; resourcing ministers and ministries with information,
materials, and impartation current to the move of the Spirit.
Servanthood - Following Christ's example of servant-leadership and a
continual development of servant-based practices of leadership.
Evangelism - Cooperating in mission (where practical) and leading the
way in church assimilation and effective evangelism of the unreached and
unevangelized. "Taking the land" by proactive assault on the
powers of darkness.
